All orders will
be shipped credit card, certified check, cash, or money order
until satisfactory bank account information is obtained. Upon
approval, a company check is acceptable for C.O.D. orders. We
accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover card
payments at the TIME OF ORDER ONLY.

Our standard
terms are Net 10 days from the invoice date and are subject to
credit approval. It is our company policy to have a completed
and signed Credit Application on file for each customer we do
business with, even if credit terms are not requested. For a

All past due
accounts will be charged a finance charge of 1.5% per month or
late fee of $25, whichever is greater.

Accounts that
are past due or are over the credit limit will be placed on
credit hold and no new shipments will be released until the
account is brought to current status.

Accounts with
excessive past dues or checks returned for NSF, closed accounts,
endorsement, or cancelled will place customer on certified COD
cash only status indefinitely. A $25.00 charge will be added for
returned checks.

No cash refunds
will be given under any circumstances. Credit will be applied to
your account.
Ordering Policy

All in stock
orders that are entered and cleared by our credit department by
3:30 p.m. Eastern Time are guaranteed to ship the same day. Any
orders after 3:30 p.m. Eastern time will be handled in the order
they were received and may be processed the next business day.

All drop shipment orders and orders larger than 3 items must be
submitted in writing.
Return Policy
Our warranty will not cover abuse or
neglect, consequential damages, improper installation, or items with
original warranty labels removed.

Upon receipt and approval or your
request we will issue an RA number required for all returns.
Anything returned to us without a valid RA# will be returned to you
at your expense. Sorry, no exceptions.
Defective Merchandise
Returns
-
Defective
merchandise must be returned to us within 15 days of the invoice
date, except products under additional Panasonic warranties.
Please see more information in the sections below for Panaboards
and Panafaxes.

All returns
must have a letter from an authorized service technician
describing in details the nature of the defect(s). This letter
must be sent along with the completed RA form and faxed to
423-855-4299. You will receive a reply within 72 hours.

Approval of
return does not guarantee credit. Credit will be issued only
upon receipt and inspection of the item.
-
Supplies must
be returned in manufacturer’s original packaging and placed in
an exterior box for shipping. Items not put inside exterior box
and with shipping labels on the manufacture’s box will be
refused by our shipping department.

A copy of the
RA form must accompany all returns. Any items returned to us
without an RA, or that does not met our specifications will be
returned to you at your expense.
-
Returns must be
shipped to us freight prepaid only. No call tags will be issued.
-
Upon inspection
of the merchandise, credit will be issued to your account. No
replacements will be sent.
Other Returns
-
All short
shipments or shipment of incorrect items must be reported within
5 days of receipt.
-
If you are not
completely satisfied with your items, they may be returned to us
freight prepaid. A 15% restocking fee will apply if the item is
not defective or if Parrot Distributing, Inc. is not a fault.

All products
returned must be in re-sellable condition and in the original
manufacturers packaging. Do not write, mark, mutilate or place
labels directly on the manufacturer’s box or package, as this
affects its sellable condition and credit will not be issued.

Freight that is
damaged must be refused and reported to us immediately.

All sales of
special order items are final. No exceptions.
Limited 1 Year Exchange Warranty (Panafaxes)
If you are experiencing a problem with
your Panasonic facsimile or consumables purchased from Parrot
Distributing, Inc. call us at 800-451-3336 or the Panasonic
Technical Support Hotline 800-726-2797. A trained customer
service representative will assist you with your problem.
If an exchange is necessary, Panasonic
will replace UF-4000, UF-5950, UF-6950 and UF-7950 with a new or
comparable rebuilt unit free of charge in the U.S.A. for one (1)
year from the date of original purchase.
On consumables, UG-3220,
UG-3221, UG5515, and UG-5550, Panasonic will, in the event of a
defect in materials or workmanship, replace the Toner Cartridge,
with a new or comparable rebuilt unit free of charge in the ninety
(90) days from the date of the original purchase. Some restrictions

If you are experiencing a problem with
your Panasonic Panaboard, UB-5310, UB-5315, UB-5815, UB-7325,
UB-8325, UB-2315C, and UB-2815C purchased from Parrot Distributing,
Inc., call us to obtain a pin number at 800-451-3336 or the
Panasonic Technical Support Hotline 800-449-8989. A trained
customer service representative will assist you with your problem.
In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship, Panasonic will
repair or exchange parts for your unit free of charge for 120 days
